Our Process

  • Customer contacts Twin Brothers Construction about their project needs.

  • Meet with one of the Twins regarding your project.

  • Customer will receive their quote via email and text within 2-3 business days.

  • Once the quote is approved, we will schedule a final meeting to review the design, material selections, permitting, and address any additional questions the customer may have. After Twin Brothers receives the deposit, materials will be ordered, permit and HOA applications will be submitted, and the customer will be placed on the project schedule.

  • The Twin Brothers Construction crew will begin the customer’s project as scheduled. Once the project is completed, Twin Brothers will perform a final walkthrough with the customer to review the work and ensure everything meets expectations. Your new space will then be ready for enjoyment, entertainment, and lasting memories for years to come.
